Sold house - do I have to leave ALL window coverings?

I recently sold my house & I included the window coverings in the contract but I have a little confusion as to whether I have to leave drapes (curtains) also. I have two bedroom windows that have curtains but one has a blind behind it & the other an accordian type vertical blind. Since these are window coverings do I really have to leave my drapes too?
Why would someone else want my drapes that likely don’t match with their decor especially if they’re are blinds behind?
The reason I wanted to keep them is because my mother hand made them.

The best thing to do would be to check with your real estate agent. They are usually really helpful in helping you determine things like this. If you don’t have one, you might want to contact your attorney, and last resort talk to the buyer directly. If you take them down without checking, they may require that you put them back up. EA Skate help? milestones.?

What are the milestones in EA Skate? I am trying to get the acheivement of Master Flicker. But i dont know what all the milestones are. helpt is appreciated. also need to know what medical milestones are. helpp please.

If you go to log book and look in there it will give you the milestones needed like stay in a no skate zone for over 3 hours or play game for 12 hours.
As for the medical milestones its about breaking bones all of them 3 times gets you Dem Bones in free skate and i think it’s 10 or 100 times,maybe both,each for the other milestones.

One thing’s for sure: You haven’t lived until you’ve heard Stallone sing a tune called “Drinkin’stein.” In fact, the experience of Stallone trying to sing Country & Western is so bizarre that I actually own an old LP of the Rhinestone soundtrack for posterity. Unbelievably, though, this isn’t the only movie in which Stallone sings. He sincerely croons the title song in 1978’s Paradise Alley. But his singing in Rhinestone is enough to scare the critters from the barn.

There is not a separate switch , when you turn on the lights by turning the switch & then you pull the light switch knob out towards you for foglamps.

how else? i mean, come on, besides him being brilliant and canadian, he won the vezina trophy three times already (and he might win it yet again coming season!! i’m sure of it!!), so there’s plenty of proof!
Sorry, I completely misread the question,… the best way to freeze a goalie,… depends on the goalie really. each goalie has a different style, different techniques, different attitudes. watch the goalie per game to see how he/ she reacts/ responds. i suppose really surprising the goalie might freeze him/ her,… but it depends on the goalie in question…

Do you HAVE to get a home buyers survey? And is this the same as a Structual survey?

TallPaul is right about Home Information Packs (HIPS) though some people might regard them with caution because they are new and are paid for by the seller. If you are the building society or bank risking your money by lending it to the buyer, then you might well want an independent survey carried out. That might be a *valuation survey* just to make sure the property is worth more than the loan. As the buyer, you might want an independent survey (if only on things not covered by the HIP) - more than a valuation survey but less than a structural survey. That might well be a *Home Buyers Survey*. You don’t *have to* have a Home Buyers Survey or the more comprehensive Structural Survey, but it is prudent.

Call an antique dealer or the show Antique Road show (they have a website) has antique dealers & they may be in your area or able to recommend a great resource for you.

i went to the tower of london one day with my dad and i was taking some kool pictures with a disposable camera, cuz my digital was at home, and my dad wanted a picture with this lady dressed in medieval clothing so i took it. when i got home i got the pictures developed and the one i took had a white figure infront. when i took the picture no one was around so it couldnt have been someone walking in front. the lens couldnt have been open that long either cuz it was a cheap disposable camera. they do say the tower of london is haunted by many people who were killed there.
i dont know if its a ghost or what??
what do you think?

How long can a AK underfolder stock last?

I just bought a new Polish AK underfolder. And when I got home and found out about its wobbling stock, I am really worried about the underfolder stock will going to break. It’s wobbling up and down about 2cm, is this normal for a new AK? It has US receiver and all others are Polish kits, even the stock. I’m just really worried about the stock breaking. Any suggestions?

I have a Polish AK also, and it has a small amount of wobble in the stock, just as you describe. Most of the wobble is from the way the pins on the stock release fit in the corresponding holes in the receiver and trunion. Though slightly annoying, it is not going to break anytime soon. These rifles are extremely sturdy and designed to take a beating.

Also, if you want to change out the rear stock for a stock like the one pictured in the link above, you are going to have to grind out the rivets and remove the underfolder rear trunion and swap it for a rear trunion that is for a fixed stock. And, you will still have the large, ugly holes in the receiver from the place where the mechanism for the underfolder stock passes through.
